B-parts is part of a speculative exhibition on the future of body modification. It is a critique of modern cosmetic surgery.

WHAT IS IT

In tis speculative future, DIY body modification became really popular in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. B-parts are the first company to design easily accessible at-home kits for a wider audience. The kit will include everything you need to change your own features. B-parts is developing thousands of open source models of facial features, hands, feet, breast and shoulders. 

You order, for example, your new desired nose and the corresponding mould would arrive a few days later. You would then wear the mould on your face for 3 hours after injecting the special surem.  B-parts call the serum “Boto-plasti” (patent pending) which they claim to be a revolutionary chemical composite which will expand your nose into the mould and set into that position.
