/ Overview:

A host of traditional Chinese proverbs circulate far and wide among the people, most of which I find extremely intriguing. At times, the meaning of them can only be grasped rather than understood literally especially for non-native speaker. This set off my thinking, can i use products as a kind of medium to convey the connotation of traditional proverbs?

So in this project, I tried to use three designed products as a metaphor for three traditional proverbs. They include a chair, a floor lamp and an interactive device.

What's even more interesting is that in the process of this experiment, new forms of products have emerged.
