A chair to explore a new relationship between the chair and the user

/ Overview:

In the long history, we have abandoned our tails and learned to use tools to better adapt to our surrounding environment. For most urban dwellers, a brand new environment has emerged: “the sitting posture becomes the new normal.” In this situation where humankind has not yet fully adapted, as the most intimate necessity, what role should a chair play?

So what if we regard the chair as a new tail ?

When a human being sits on a chair, the chair becomes a part of the human body. It is just like a human tail, an external functional organ. The chair and the user are well integrated as a whole, and the chair helps user to keep a dynamic balance.
